Youth X Programme for Mentees


Youth X is delighted to announce the six mentee-artists who will be working alongside their mentors over the next 6-months as part of Uprooting Hate: Cultivating Diasporic Futures. This Youth X mentorship programme supports emerging artists as they develop their creative projects, culminating in a one-month exhibition at Four Corners, opening October 21, 2026. A mixed-media visual artist using collage as a means of ‘sampling.’

  • Helen Cammock is mentoring Lattina Da’Costa
A photographer and researcher working across darkroom practice, archival intervention, and diary-based methods.

  • Laura El-Tantawy is mentoring  Enas Tantish
A photographer documenting everyday life, rooted in lived experience, shaped by witnessing and capturing moments of survival, tenderness, and resistance under extreme conditions.
